Rashid Moyo is already putting in the work with his new teammates after completing his move from Equity FC to Mombasa United.

He arrives with goals behind him, ambition ahead of him and an opportunity to become part of an important new chapter for the club.

Fifteen Goals and Growing

Moyo enjoyed a breakthrough campaign with Equity FC last season.

By May, he had already scored 15 league goals, establishing himself as the club’s leading scorer and demonstrating considerable progress from his previous season.

For a striker, confidence matters.

Moyo arrives in Mombasa with plenty of it.

His goals last season included a brace against Gucha Stars, with both strikes coming before half-time as Equity went on to claim a 3–2 victory.

A Fresh Challenge

The surroundings are different now.

Moyo has joined the squad during an important pre-season period under Head Coach Abdulhamid Moallin, with every session providing another opportunity for the group to grow together.

His arrival adds further competition to our attacking department and another goalscoring option as the technical team continues preparing the squad for the season ahead.
